Family sessions are near and dear to my heart. From the beginning of this photography journey I've felt that documenting families in their homes, capturing the beauty of love in the mundane everyday, is just as worthy as those big extraordinary moments that a wedding brings.
I know firsthand that the work in raising a family pulls from every fiber of your being. I know the days are long and the years are fleeting, and it's all-at-once the most fulfilling, heart expanding, and gut wrenching work there is. I try to honor that complexity in every session.
These sessions are designed to tell a story. I work with my families to plan our time together so that the images feel instantly nostalgic and are a true representation of how their days are being spent together.
